Hello Bethesda Softworks Forums. I've only browsed here, but alas all the help I could find has run dry elsewhere, so here I am coming to the official forums seeking aide with a custom mod issue I've run into.

Over on The Nexus, I've released a mod earlier this month that grants a fully functional Werebear transformation mod, with a few extra things added. In all respects, the custom transformation can do EVERYTHING the vanilla werewolf can do, including benefit from and gain perks. The one thing it cannot do right now is access the Werewolf Perk Tree; a very important feature that makes the forms less fun. The character menu (Accessed by pressing TAB ingame while transformed as a Werewolf/Vampire Lord) will not appear, much like Vanilla Skyrim. I've done the following so far, but to no avail:

- Created new race (with matching skin)
- Edited the Feeding perk (PlayerWerewolfFeed) and the Savage Feeding Perk (DLC1PlayerWerewolfSavageFeeding)
- Edited all of the Werewolf Perks to allow the custom forms to benefit from them
- Created working quests that work just like PlayerWerewolfQuest, but specifically for each transformation
- Created various magic effects, spells, and so on that work just like the WerewolfChange spell (Used by the Companions quest and Ring of Hircine)

I thought that changing the Savage Feeding Perk would work, but it didn't. I've changed everything I can think of, and the only thing I cannot change is accessing the perk tree. The Actor Value "WerewolfPerks" is what determines the perks for the Werewolf, but I've not been able to find any way for the player to access this with custom transformations.

Dear users of the official forums; what do I need to change or edit to allow a custom transformation to access the perk tree?
