I am trying to find what mod a spell I have came from. The spell is called "Telvanni Frostbite".

Now, I have found the spell id through the console, (2d0322ee [tomb] 2d0317cc [spell] 2d032304 [spell] 2d032306 [spell] ) but I don't know what mod contains it. I have gone through my magic mods in the creation kit and TES5edit and still came up empty.

Even if someone were to simply tell me what mod contains this spell, I'd appreciate knowing how to find it through some other means if possible.

If the mod index is 2D, then it's 45 in decimal notation in your load order. Launch Wrye Bash and have a look what mod has that index, otherwise just count which one it is (bearing in mind Skyrim.esm is 00 and Update.esm is 01, count up from there).
