I am looking for a High Res or anything bigger than a couple inches version of the Imperial symbol. not the damaged akatosh symbol from skyrim. any help would be appreciated.

I doubt there is one around. If I was you I would get say a high res version of the Morrowind cover and use GIMP or something to remove the ALMVISI symbols and clean it up. Then run whatever filters over it...
