So I finished the Companions quest line with my level 42 Nord barbarian skull-crusher and now I want to cure my lycanthropy. The problem is that:

• When I try to get Vilkas to follow me to Ysgramor's tomb he says "It looks you have somebody already".
  
• If I go by myself and throw a witches head in the fire, nothing happens

Concerning the lost follower, I've tried waiting DAYS and nothing. No notice or anything. I've even tried using the Kinect voice command to call them, but I guess it has a proximity limit.

Any thoughts?
