Alright guys I got bored and was going to do a hunter play through when I decided that I'm going to make a house of junk and maybe more. This is at the small house thing where Barton Lorn is.

By junk I don't mean filling the place up with random crap, I mean getting random items like barrels and planks, wheel's..etc and making buildings from them.

My main question for you guys is: Where can I find loads of planks and random object like that(apart from Goodsprings).

I'm working on it right now, getting all them XXX boxes and random wooden barrels from Goodsprings and stuff. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Are you sure this will work? I ask because I gathered a bunch of boxes at Goodsprings and stored my items in them, all stacked up on the porch. It worked for quite a while but at one point, the boxes reverted back to their original locations. All my stuff was still in them, so no loss - but I was just surprised at how/why the boxes went back.

I think it's if you leave the place for more than 3 days. Anyway I'll see but I'm not sure if the non-storage items respawn. It won't be the biggest loss if I lose the XXX boxes, they don't really make good walls anyway.

I like your idea and I hope it works. Very interesting. Let us know how it turns out, I might try this.

Do you mean objects you can pick up (and put in your inventory) or objects that you can "pick up" (but not put in inventory)? Theres a couple of barrels in the latter category in the Broc Flower Cave but i dont know how you can get them out.
