Using enchanting to increase alchemy I was able to make a potion that increases enchanting up to 32%. While drinking this, and holding a pickaxe that increases smithing abilities, (some pickaxe I found on the throat of the world, disenchanted it, and then re enchanted it to a pickaxe) I was able to make clothing, gloves, necklace, and a ring 29% each.

Is there a way to make it even stronger with the latest patch? I will let you know my armor ratings for each special piece of equipment I own in a sec... a

-by the way, I drank a blacksmith's elixir each time I attempted to improve my weapons and armor.

Hooold up. There's something not right here. My previous file, (breton) who only drank the blacksmith's elixir has a higher armor rating than my current file (orc) who's wearing 4 29% blacksmith boosts and drinking the elixir.

Purchase and Drink a Fortify Enchantment potion (>=25%)
Fortify Alchemy enchantments 28% x4
Fortify Enchantment potions 32%
Fortify Alchemy enchantments 29% x4
Fortify Smithing enchantments 29% x4
Fortify Smithing potions 130%

My Orc needs to only create fortify Smithing potions, to follow these steps completely, but for some reason my Breton has superior...everything by only drinking the blacksmithing elixir.

Reading into it, the Ancient Knowledge bug might have effected my Breton's performance.

Does the Berserk power double the armor/weapon rating past the cap? If not, there's truly no reason for me to continue playing with him...
