When I first went into Solitude. I saw Roggvir executed.

I then took his Amulet of Talos and did not think about it again.

Last night I read that if ou pick up his amulet before doing the quest you trigger a bug that means that you cannot take thew amulet out of your inventory. Soi any more that are picked up will just stack and you cannot get rid of them.

You can solve this by doing the quest.

However, when I go to talk to the characters I cannot get the quest to trigger.

Can anyone help me get to start the Return to Grace quest please?

Thankfully that is my only Amulet of Talos so not too much of a problem at the moment.

You have to talk to her daughter first. She has a dialogue about you talking to her mother to go to the temple. Hope it helps.

Thank you ^^ Hopefully that will work. I like the Amulet of Talos, but I do not want to end up with too many of them that I end up laden down and not being able to sell them.

I have managed to complete the quest.

I know what I was doing wrong. I was trying to talk to the wrong child. That would explain why I was not getting the conversation options.

I needed to use some console codes so I could complete the quest, but thankfully now I have solved the problem with my Amulet of Talos
