Hey there, I have yet to see a persuade or intimidate option come up while playing the game. I'm a level 18 wood elf, and had seen the option come up for my room-mate who's playing at a lower level (wood elf as well).

Do I need to do a certain quest? Any ideas?

Is depend on the quest that you are doing but I think is pretty random so don't worry about it.

I think it just depends on the quest but also on your choices......you'll get that choice to intimadate, persuade come up so if you want to tick that box just pick the option.

I often get it when you get those robbers out there who ask you to give up your gold.

well to see if you can or not go to Riften for the first time...you should get one there.

Odd. I've seen it quite a few times. I guess you just haven't talked to the right person at the right time.

The chances to use it are fairly rare. Worse still, it generally just saves you money, which is easy to come by. Inconsequential skill, if ever I saw one.
