It would be the AI packages on the NPC that cause them to be elsewhere.

At least put a default 'stay here' package.

Ok Thanks..

But when i tell him to follow me, will he follow or will he stay because of the AI Package ?

Also i want him to be roaming around inside the House, and not just stuck in the same location ? Any tips for AI Packages ?

You should go through the tutorials.

http://www.creationkit.com/Category:Tutorials

The 'packages' tutorial is an intermediate quest tut.

Thanks... i'll check it out... but i still think that it isn't the problem.. My problem is that i place him inside my House, but in-game he doesn't appear there..

Ai Packages are the only thing that contols NPC behavior. The ONLY other thing I can think of would by they are falling through your navmesh because it was not finalized and the game does not know you placed one there.

Hmmm..

I checked NavMesh and it says no Triangles with danger bla bla... i fixed every single triangle NavMesh told me to fix..... I just finished reading and putting AI packages on my character.. i'll check it out.

One more thing..

My house and the Follower aren't in the same "plugin file".. They are both diferent files.. Is it the problem ?

I go to Data, load the Skyrim master file, load the follower file as active file and load the house file as plugin file... and then i put the follower inside the house... That's what i'm doing by now..

Should i do the other way ? follower file as plugin and house file as active ?

You cannot mod a mod. ESP files are mods. You can only mod a master file (ESM).
So yes, that would be another reason the NPC is not there.

If you add a new house, you have to edit the mod that the house is in if your going to place 'anything' in that house.
