So I had to go into vault 11 for a quest for the Brotherhood... got the item i needed and came back up and the door wouldnt open. Sooooo I went all the way back down, had to swim to get overseer's password, input in his computer, do a little event (won't ruin the quest w spoilers), and got access to the mainframe. Mainframe gave me the option to open door, clicked open vault door, and made sure I did it b/c the computer gave me no more options after that.

Get back up and the door wont open.... wtf. Looked all over the room for a switch or something. Even went all the way back down and looked in overseers office. Nothing... glitch and stuck or what?

Did you try using the Fallout wiki? Maybe they have a solution but I doubt it since the game is still pretty new. Did you look for the control panel thingy? If its anything like the vaults in F3 there should be some kind of panel up the stairs next to the door.
