Help im poisoned : V

When i look at my skills, my one handed has gone from 65 to 25 and now the number is red? how do i get it back up again?

It's a bug. Gain a level in One-handed or a level in general and it will go away.

Maybe you got some disease. Try cure disease potion or visit some shrine (Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun for instance)
There are diseases that reduce weapon skills (Rockjoint I think)

Visit a shrine, and have all diseases cured for free when you activate it.

i have tried to cure diseases guess its a bug then hmm... ill try to level up

yeah my archery dis this the other day, from 68 to 15, i freaked....didnt have time to do anything as was in the middle of a dungeon...killed a few more drauger and my archery increased to 69. needless to say, bricks were [censored]. but its cool now
