on this quest i got an amulet out of 3 pices with 30% increase on health, stamina and magic im on level 40 with big stamina medium health and very low magic; If i solve the quest on a higher level or with more health, stamina and magic do i get a bigger boost on the amulet?????

sometimes i get an item that for example gets me 13% more damage with a bow when i try to aply this enchantemente to a bow it tells em i cant enchant this item with the enchantment and when i chose a ring or an amulet to do so i get less power like 8% for 13% i lost like 5%; will this get better when i get higher on enchantment or on magic????

the amulet that is reforged from those 3 pieces only combines the effects.

the Gualdur Amulet is +30% to health, stamina and magic.
