In the dead money add-on when the game wants me to take dog to the switching station. I take him there and he will not stay. He says he is hungry but will not eat any of the dead ghost on the ground.
could anyone explain to me why this is not working.

You have to play the holo tape of the voice of the "master" which is elija. then he will change from dog to GOD. Then your done.
