I am loving the story progression in New Vegas because it is more true to life with its complicated intermixing of alliances and factions, but I have a question. After I get done with Benny (I accidentally let him survive and he escaped) the NCR guy will not present me with the note after I leave the Tops Casino. I waited around but decided to go the the Legion camp to get the chip back since it was my only option, but I want the option to join the NCR. Is this a bug or did I not wait long enough?
