We really should have a sticky for how to cure vampirism...

Find a sleeping person and feed on them. Then people will stop attacking you temporarily. You have to do this every couple of days while you are still a vampire to keep them from attacking you. To cure it for good, go talk to an innkeeper (of course you have to feed first), and they will send you to the guy who can cure you. His name is Falion, and he's in Morthal, so you can just go to Morthal and talk to the innkeeper there, to save a step or two.

Edit: You don't know how you got this disease? You have a 10% chance to get it when a vampire casts the Vampiric Drain spell on you (looks like a red stream going from you to them). If you catch it, you should get a message at the top of your screen that you contracted Sanguinaire Vampiris (you can always see if you have any disease by looking at "Active Effects" in the magic menu--diseases show up in red). You have 3 days after that, that it can be cured by using a Potion of Cure Disease, or by using a Shrine in any temple. After that you become a full vampire and must do the quest to be cured.

In order to remain at or return to the first stage of vampirism you must feed on a sleeping NPC. To do this press Use while crouching or standing over them and select feed. Feeding should be done stealthily, as witnesses will immediately become hostile. You are able to feed on almost any NPC that can sleep in a bed, including all races and even ghosts and other vampires. You cannot feed on children.
The Companions at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Whiterun will not turn hostile towards you as long as you have joined the Companions before reaching the final stage of vampirism. This can be rather useful since other Companions can be fed on without much difficulty during the nighttime hours. Members of the Dark Brotherhood have no issues with vampires, although they will still turn hostile if you are caught feeding. Even if a Dark Brotherhood member gets to stage 4 (everybody attacks on sight), other members will not attack. You can feed on one of them once they go to bed around 10pm.
Followers can be fed on with total impunity, assuming there are no other witnesses. Simply order them to sleep in a bed and feed on them before they stand up again. This makes them a reliable source of easy blood for the player.
A sickly farmer in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Temple_of_Kynareth can also prove good feeding, if you like the taste of sickly blood. This location can be convenient, provided your sneaking skills are good enough, as the farmer will be asleep during the day time as well as night, thus providing sustenance whenever you need it.
The guards barracks in each major town has sleeping guards available for the brave and/or stealthy vampire both day and night.
Another reliable feeding strategy is to do the quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Taste_of_Death in http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Markarth, but never finish the final step in the quest. After you lure http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Brother_Verulus to the altar, he will lie down, allowing you to feed on him. Leave him there and you can return to feed whenever you need to, just fast travel to the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Reachcliff_Secret_Entrance.

The easiest way to cure vampirism is actually if you haven't become a werewolf yet. Becoming a werewolf cures full-blown vampirism and any other disease. You also get 100% immunity to all diseases, and being a werewolf is just downright fun.

/e The werewolf blood can override a vampires blood, curing him of vampirism and turning him into a werewolf. You cannot be both at the same time and until you cure lycanthropy, you can't become a vampire again. Seems the werewolf blood is stronger then the vampires.
