I am playing the 'Valthume-Evil in Waiting" I just found my 3rd vessel, but it has fallen behind a pedestal and it is between 2 upright rails. I can get back there to it but I can't get out....it is too narrow and there is something above my head.
Normally when I am stuck I will go to werewolf and the bigger form will get me out of whatever place I am stuck, however even that won't work this time.
I am playing on Xbox.

I can load the last save but I will not be able to finish the quest.

Any ideas of how to get the vessel and get out?

No idea if it will work, but the Telekinesis spell may let you grab it (if you can see it to click on it), and the Fus Ro Dah shout may push it out from behind. If your current save has you stuck, the whirlwind sprint might break you free. The Ethereal form shout sounds like it would work, but the description just says you cannot harm or be harmed so maybe not.

Worst case may be reloading a game from before you entered the area and hope the thing won't have fallen this time.

Wiki article says "It is possible that during the fight, the vial has been knocked off the pedestal. You can jump on the pedestal and your weight as you slide off will cause the bars to retrack. You will then be able to claim the Word of Power and the books inside the chest."

Thanks for the good suggestions. I tried the shouts and nothing worked. I don't have a Telekinesis spell so maybe I should go get one and come back.
This is most frustrating. I did a save before I jumped back there to get the vessel but I may have to give up this quest.

Yeah...I got it. Used a firebolt over and over until it blew out or at least enough for me to grab it. Thanks for your help
