Hey,

I recently reached level 100 alchemy, and got the 5/5 perk for alchemy. But, now that I go to create potions, the max % for the potion strength is 4%! For example, when creating a potion of fortify restoration it says that the restoration spells are only 4% stronger for 60 seconds. I did NOT have this problem before and I am even wearing alchemy enchanted gear. Someone please help me out! I would like to refrain from reverting to my last save game, as I have done a lot since this happened. Happy holidays to all and thanks in advanced.
