i never played an archery char before and i was wondering for some advice on the build. which armour to use light or heavy. to have conjuration or onehanded as a back up??? any advice would be greatly appreciated thxs!!!
Archey has a relatively slow attack speed,so if you don't plan on useing stealth then heavy armor would be the way to go I think,at least not includeing smithing.
But the beauty of archery comes from stealth ,X3 damage from a stealth attack, thats bow and arrow damage combined.
With the right perks in stealth you can get multiple stealth attacks from range easily, just be patient and learn how to aim.
Next comes the alchemy skill, poison your bow and an enemy may never know what hit them.
I haven't tied conjuring a bow yet, maybe I'll get around to it some time, but regular bows work fine.
My archer is relatively typical, she focuses on stealth, archery, alchemy and only some light armor since you shouldn't be getting hit to much with stealth.I will also round her off with some lockpicking and pickpocketing perks just to make her a good thief.
Lock picking and pickpocketing aren't really neede that much so they get perked last.
I unlike alot of other poeple tend to like putting points into stamina.
Not just for the extra carrying capacity, you can get a pickpocket perk fot that, but for being able to sprint around when you get discovered, also for the zooming perk.
