Hi fellers, I've been trying to sort this out for a while and tried everything so I was hoping you guys could shine light on it
A while ago I went a little overboard with the whole installing mods thing, as I always do, and after installing like freaking 50 of them I realized I was having a problem with shadows. It's not the flickering shadow glitch that's all over Google, where shadows flicker as the day goes on, it's more a kind of delayed and laggy shadow that effects everything - actors and landscape alike - and as I move the camera the shadows realign and move. It's difficult to explain, if you need a video of it I'll try supply that. I've tried uninstalling all mods, unsubscribing from them, deleting all mod game files, uninstalling, reinstalling, completely rebooting, pretty much everything. I've edited the shadow files in the SkyrimPrefs ini file and that hasn't worked. Anyway, thanks for reading and I appreciate any and all replies! Cheers

I have no mods and no INI shadow tweaks. But I see delayed stepping of outdoor shadows in strong sunlight and it is quite distracting and annoying. Shadow movement is supposed to be smooth and continuous, not a series of steps. This seems to have been caused by the 1.5 patch and Bethesda can fix this.
