Every single one of them (Goodsprings, Movaje Outpost, Sloan, Novac, travelling merchants, Freeside, Gunrunners, the medical clinic, Jacobstown and Great Khans) don't have anymore caps or the goods I am looking to buy (energy based ammo, stimpacs or radaway). Does anybody know if they get new supplies after sometime because I have been hitting up every merchant for the past 4 hours. Thanks in advance!
