Ok so I normally go for two Talos buffs. One from the amulet and one from clicking the shrine. That allows Become Etherial level 1 to last 8 seconds with a 12 second recast. Well today I notice my Become Etherial level 1 lasts something like 13 seconds. Also, that "call hero" shout that used to last 60 seconds now lasts 90 seconds, making it nearly possible to have a permanent dragonborn ghost pet.

What happened? I'm not wearing anything major. The last perk I picked up was Necromage, but I don't see how that would make my shouts more powerful. I'm wearing the final mask from the MQ which is 20% restoration and destruction casting discount, and I wear archmage robes and normal ring of magicka recovery (60%).

Did I complete something or do something out of the ordinary to make my shouts better?

It's a little ridiculous now. I'm basically invincible. I can cast two dremora lord pets, then cast Become Etherial, then charge up a dual casted fireball and wait. Once the Become Etherial recast has recovered and I'm still invincible, I can cast the spell then Become Etherial again. Essentially rendering myself completely invulnerable while having two killer pets and letting some decent damage rip every 12 seconds.

How did this happen?
