Like lets say I kill a guy and no one sees me. Then I walk up right in front of the guards, in broad daylight, wearing a dark brotherhood outfit, still wielding my weapon, and I loot the corpse. The guards just kind of stand there and spout (awesome) comments. Assuming they're not standing there in fear (as they should be), shouldn't I gain some sort of reputation of sorts, if not be arrested by it?
Now I'm in college to become a game designer; I understand that programming that sort of logic would be hard, if not impossible with current technology / effort required, but that still leaves a question for all you to answer:
How would YOU improve the Hero to NPC relationships?
