Hidden robes?

Post » Tue May 29, 2012 10:01 pm

so i was just browsing the guide on the clothing available ( i prefer to use heavy boots and gloves and some type of robe) and i love the look of the blue mage robes but i wanted to find an un-enchanted version for me to put my own enchants into when i found out that there are alot of robes ive never seen nor heard of before ( hooded red/grey/green/brown/monk/necro robes(all of these are un-enchanted)).

So i was wondering ...where in all of skyrim are these located most importantly the red hooded robes because if they are actual red ( aka not adept robes orange) then i will be a happy person. so if any of you guys have found a particular merchant who stocks these frequently i would appreciate the info :D

Farengar in Whiterun usually has unenchanted blue robes (at least in my current game.... this is not always the case, and I have no idea why a merchant's stock would change depending on toon/game); I've seen red robes at Bits and Pieces in Solitude once in this game, don't remember if I've seen robes elsewhere otherwise as my toons don't wear them....

You're welcome Zark! Believe me, that's probably the ONLY thing I'll remember of this nature though.... age is a problem for us all someday, and my day arrived about the time I hit 60.

There's a shop in Solitude that specializes in clothing and jewelry; Radiant Raiment. You might try there.
