Please this is new to me so could you give me advice and perk tips?
I use sword and destruckt now like 5 min in game.

I'd like to see a decent spellsword build as well.

If you are playing on higher difficulties you should get into Alchemy, Smithing and Enchanting aside from Destruction and One-handed. There is plenty of advice on http://www.uesp.net/.

That too. Steed stone removes Heavy Armor penalties, it's located to the west of Solitude.

I am running a spell sword now. I don't think destruction and weapon work all that great together. I perfer restoration and conjuration - summon an atronarch and go sword and board. A spell sword is supposed to be more melee oriented then a battle mage. I am focusing on heavy armor, block, onehand, smithing, conjuration, restoration and a little bit of destruction. I only use Destruction to weaken a target at long range. I have no plans to get either double cast or impact.

I'm using sword and ward. It's pretty effective against mages, witches and the like. I'm using the lover stone and magika regen enchanted gear. I have Aranea as a follower who does all the conjuration.

If I'm fighting a melee using enemy I start with destruction, and when it gets close I go to dual wield. My perks have focused on Destruction, Restoration, One-handed and Light Armour, but I've had to put some into sneak because I'm doing the DB and Daedric Artefacts.

For mine I use the destruction to weaken the mob frist then smack them with my sword. I have mine spellsword some what like the redmage from Final Fantasy.
