Is it possible to become high king of skyrim. If so HOW DO I DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, only Ulfric can become High King

Bah. Better yet a DLC where you can become emperor of Tamriel -- Build up an alliance as a Stormcloak and invade Cyrodiil to create a new Empire under the leadership of The Dragonborn.

THAT is how you make good DLC

I guess you'll just have to settle for being Harbinger of the Companions, Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold, Head of the Thieves' Guild, Listener of the Dark Brotherhood, Savior of the Forsworn, Champion of the Daedra, Thane of Multiple Holds, The Dragonborn...
