Hitching on loaded game started this morning. I tried several earlier games and reloaded, only to have the same problem. I did not have this issue yesterday. I am unable to play the game now due to this hitching, and about 3/4 of the way into the game. Below is my System Information

First off, always spoiler a dxdiag report!

I'm not sure what to say because it was running fine before, my guess is either runnign out of VRAM which causes stuttering, or more likely imo, the game is beginning to choke and die with your single core processor now that you have been playing and all the save file is getting larger, more CPU cycles etc.
