Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to create http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitscan attacks in Skyrim?

Any help on where I may get started would be much appreciated, thanks.

EDIT: I'm looking into creating a shotgun-like weapon that fires multiple hitscans in 1 shot with a random horizontal and vertical spread pattern. Yes, I realize this is lore-unfriendly... it's just for personal use.

I'm pretty sure you can increase projectile speed to get the effect. there's CK object entries for projectiles.

Projectiles have a HitScan option -> it maybe just left over from FO3 so do not expect much though IC no reason why it wouldn't work. -> I personally have not tested it as yet though.
