Hjerim: Clean Up upgrade not available : V

I was annoyed by that mess remaining there after buying the house, went take a look at the UESP and found out about the "clean up upgrade". The problem is, I ran into this bug here:

The option to buy "Clean up the murderer's mess" will disappear if you purchase the Living Room upgrade first, the "mess" will still be there and the option to clean the mess will disappear. (note: this appears to be a scripting error, since the living room option disables the cleaning option, which does not disable itself.)

Is there a console command to get rid of it OR to put the upgrade back into the purchasing options?

Or any other fix/workaround for that matter?

If uesp isn't giving console options, there may not be any. So that would mean a reload to a save before you bought the first "non-mess-fix" upgrade.

In the console type:

df492.disable

+ enter.

This removes the blood, random bones etc. The various clues/books etc are still there, but they can be picked up.
