Hoe to start Lost Legacy?

How to start Lost Legacy*

I completed the DLC main story line, and I spoken to Tharstan, but hestill hasn't given me the quest, for Lost Legacy.

What should I do?

What do you do in the quest? I may of done it but I forgot the quest name...

You have to finish the mission where the blacksmith is kidnapped, then the non-Skaal guy will come talk to you and initiate the quest.
