You could do this in the older games, but I'm having trouble getting it to work for Skyrim. I found an older post saying you can't do this anymore, but I wanted make sure that this was the case. Like I'm running away from a mob, but while running I want to see how many are chasing me without standing still. Really helpful in those kinds of situations. The camera doesn't work the same as previous games. svcks but it's true.

I miss this also the reason why I quit playing Old Republic any MMO without a free camera is garbage.
