Holy Carp. I just discovered...

I have the habit of grabbing every single book I see, so I can bring it back home to add to my extensive collection. Usually, this is somewhat tedious. But, just now as I was mashing the A button (Xbox), I accidentally held it, causing me to grab one of the books instead of reading it. On the next button press, it went directly into my inventory.

I seriously thought there was no way of taking a book without reading it. I'm pretty excited. Hope this helps a few people who may not have known.

Edit: I have recently discovered that repeat attempts at this method have resulted in failure. I swear to you the above account is entirely accurate, however. I speculate that it may have been due to slight lag. Sorry for getting your hopes up. I got mine up as well. :sadvaultboy:

Also, if using a companion, you can get them to pick it up and store it for you.

Yeah the whole read book>take thing is tedious to say the least. Thanks for the tip.
