I see allot of people are having PC issues with Honest Hearts. My game is also freezing up but only when I enter the DLC area. Anyone know of a work around or patch for this? I've gotten as far as the Ranger Station and am supposed to deliver lunch boxes and some other stuff but it freezes trying to get to the next location.
