Obsidian, is there an estimated date(s) to which Canadian owners of the Collector's Edition US version (BLUS-30500) of Fallout: New Vegas will have access to the US version of Honest Hearts for purchase/download off of PSN store?

As a general census how many Canadian members or visitors of this forum own a copy of the Fallout: New Vegas Collector's Edition?

I eagerly awaited PSN to come back online for Honest Hearts and when it did I got met with this unfortunate obstacle. I can continue to be patient as it seems I'm starting to get accustom to waiting but I would like to be informed about what's happening so than I don't feel like I'm in the dark when my concerns as a viable customer should be reasonably met. By that I just mean simple communication. It can make all the difference in the world.
