Maybe it's because I transferred my game from an old xbox 380 that had the 3 rings. My game is so glitchy now. Every time I enter honeyside it freezes a couple seconds and none of my alchemy shelves or the garden is respawning. I have been playing for a long time now and all of a sudden I am getting the pop up windows that explain what the menus are. Also after the transfer it seem like quest that were not completed are completed.

When I got the new xbox I didn't have the transfer cable so I started a new game, so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it when I transfered my account over to the new console.
