I have a simple request, I want a pair of Hooded Monk Robes like you see various priests of the 9 wearing. I've scoured the internets and even UESPWiki doesn't list any locations. Of course I could kill a priest for some but that's not something I'm willing to do. I'm hoping someone knows of a place I can find a set. (Note they must be Hooded I know Radiant Raiment sells the non-hooded variety).

When you come out of Helgen Keep and take the first path to your left (it's the high path to Falkreath), there'll be a small shrine to Talos just off the road with a few dead people, including a Thalmor and 2 persons wearing a Hooded Monk robe. It's near the small, unmarked bandit encampment where you find the treasure map to the treasure near Riverwood. Hope this helps.
