Dunno if this was posted yet whatever. I think that new summon able ghost horse may be the problem. The fist time I rode him my Crosshairs for horseback archery just disappeared and they wont come back. I've tried riding normal horses restarting my system ect ect to no avail. Its pretty disappointing seeing as how im playing as a wood elf archer and I used horse archery a whole lot.
