Neither followers nor Horse level up with you. When you enter the "cell" that contains a potential follower, it locks their level to your level at the time. If you go to the Pelagia Farm at Lvl 6 and Aela/Farkas/Vilkas are there, it will lock their level at 6. If you then get around to the Companions questline 30 levels later, and are a Lvl 36, Aela/Farkas/Vilkas will still be Lvl 6, and will get the crap knocked out of them in just about every fight you bring them too, due to the fact that most of the enemies level up with you, while they didn't. It's why at later levels, most people ditch Lydia, because they met her early and she just get's her ass kicked almost every fight at later levels, and you end up baby sitting her with healing spells.

Don't think they do. At least give us the possibility to name our horses... :)

i absolutely recommend 2worlds1 to see how horse implementation is perfect.

the fact that scrolls said no is relevant.

regardless, 2worlds has it down.
