Theoretically, yes, but it would be rather terrible for gaming simply due to lack of tactical feedback.

It wasn't really an ad though, he did have a question about it.

On topic, I've seen those before. Pretty neat, but I can't see them working well for gaming. It'd be harder to tell whether you're pressing the right key than with a standard keyboard.
