Up to now Skyrim hotkey system made it impossible to bind and swap improved dual weapons , swap dual weapon and magic , bind item that has more than 1 instance in inventory. Its working , not working , erasing quick bind numbers, wielding weapons in wrong hand. Glitching and generally driving anyone that uses any combination aside from one hander and bow , utterly mad with rage.

Yet, we are seeing third patch , and Bethesda doesnt even mentions considering this as a bug they should fix?


I personally view this as almost game breaking bug.

It totally prevents me from using certain gameplay styles, because i dont want to enter (horrible) inventory system , every time i want to use healing in combat - and find that all my hotkey binds were erased.


Is it so hard to fix ?
Or figure out how ?


Here is suggestion for Bethesda.


Instead of favoriting the weapon - Equip desired items - than bind the whole setup as unique quick key.

Example

Sword:Shield:Heavy Armor - Q1
Sword:Dagger:Light Armor -Q2
Spell:Sword:Armor - Q3
Bow:Armor -Q4

Really? Because there are people who can't play the game period who somehow have the idea the game should be able to START before some entitled [censored] goes on about key bindings.

Different strokes, I suppose.

bugthesda dont fix problems they createw them,... keeps people interested!

They need to sort out the issues with the poor PS3 owners as their biggest priority. They copped it good and proper this time, and Bethesda should really be unequivocally embarassed. Someone (or a number of someones) should be sacked.

I'm sure every person has a different "most annoying bug in the game that should be fixed now". Be patient.

Well, I didnt imply that.

But I am sure Bethesda can spare one coder to fix the hotkey bug aswell. Since , unlike elusive PS3 performance bug, this one is clean and clear functionality problem , more than a bug actually.
