House Ownership

I've uploaded a mod to the Workshop (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=19746) but I still have one small problem: I can't get the ownership of the Candyshop right . I made my shopkeeper the owner, but when I did that she said I was tresspassing even when she was supposed to sell her things. I think I tried everything but I can't get it to work, so I just made the house a public area (?). Any ideas?

I am not familiar with setting ownership of houses to individuals. Most of the shops/houses in game do not use it and use a faction ownership instead (even for only one occupant). Then they use the lock/unlock doors function in packages to protect the property so that if the PC lockpicks the door he is then confronted.
