I've completed the fort mission for the captain o the guard and I've done the wine mission, but there is no further dialog with the guard captain the counsellor or adrill arano? Am I missing something here or is this a glitch?? Thanks

Try doing the quest in the mine or the quest for the blacksmith. The quest for the Blacksmith will direct you to the guy who gives you the quest in the mine.

I wound up going to the mine in Raven Rock without being prompted. That got things back on track.
