How to add sky box to cell?

I'm sure this is simple, i'm just missing it.

Yep.

~~Double-Click or~~ left click and then click Edit on your cell in the Cell View window. Switch to the Lighting Tab, and then Click the "Show Sky" checkbox.

[Edit: Silly me... double-clicking loads the cell, it doesn't pull up the cell's properties]
