SPECIAL
5661499
Traits fast shot, born to destroy (better short term) or kamikaze(better long term)

Run to the shed with the airplane from goodrpings source. Cut across the area and discover the the prison, keep going east to discover hidden valley, cut through the fence to the canyons. Keep heading east and either dodge/outrun the giant radscrops or make good use of the stealthboy you got from the tutorial/school. Keep heaing east and you should pop out at helios. head straight south to novak. Run up the dino, wait till it's after 9 PM, talk to boone, go get the bill of sale from the safe and grab jean as well to complete the mission.

Run back up to boone, get the berret and take him with. Now fast track back to the gibson shack you passed earlier and head NE to boulder city. You will come across several NPCS on the way. Just let boone kill them all. Get to boulder city and talk to ask about the platinum chip. Collect your 1k exp which should put you at level 5 or near level 5. Fast travel back to novak then head south east, kill some stuff with boone on the way if you are still a couple points shy of level 5. every level you should have been rasing lockpicking.

Now head SE to get to the sniper nest. Take your mentants and the lockpickbook you got from the tutorial, make sure your berret is on. You should have exactly 100 lockpick. Crack open god mode. Game over.

True God mode: open console, use correct command.

Beating a $50 game in 15 minutes is not fun for me... but to each their own.

If you wanna sit there all day dinking around with sneak attacks. I don't. Gobi has absolutely sick AP costs/firing speed for a sniper rifle. It will have 100% crit in VATs, too. 100% always after finese.

(. .') You are not playing very hard. Right after you get your rifle, go clear the Quary of Death Claws.

I had to reload 8 times with the Anti-matter rifle at level 16.

And it has the same critical multiplier as the normal sniper rifle. Just louder and slightly faster. You get 6 shots instead of 4 shots I think.

Normal sniper rifle has 2 extra damage (4 with crits) and the same crit rate as the Gobi. The Gobi's AP cost is only 7 lower (significant over time, but hard to notice in short fights), and the fire rate is only slightly better. Also, the standard Sniper Rifle has a base VATS to hit chance of 16%, 1 higher than Gobi's 15%. If you're looking for VATS accuracy, the AMR is 50% (it also has no spread and 25% better range).

I actually found "Iron sights" mode to be most accurate, and I am not a big FPS person. I rarely use Vats, except to set up the targeting to begin with.

15 minutes is too short thats almost the amount of time your in Doc Mitchells office. You probably could beat the game in 12 to 16 hours but I'm not too sure about that nor would I want to do that.

VATs tends to svck. i only use it when you are fighting in close/medium range, but in those instances, which are the only dangerous instances for you, its very important to be as AP efficient as possible. 2-3 points of damage when I'm doing 150+ a shot isn't going to change much, but 20% could mean a lot, especially indoors.
