So I can't say I've done everything cause there is no doing everything in skyrim. I've done virtually everything. But become the archmage, I need to know where to go, who to talk to, and how to just basically start this quest line. Down to detail on how to become AM.

Go to Winterhold, talk to a high elf named Faralda at the bridge and demonstrate a spell to get into the College. The questline begins right after that.

So you didn't do the MQ yet? Since you need to visit the College as part of it. It also lets you join the College without actually using any spells.
