So, I've completed the skooma quest, in which you bust a dealer and his sources, the Jarl said she'd offer me a title. After I had done the quest she offered me a mace instead of the title, this was partly expected as I figured she would not let me buy a house having done one quest. So I have found Grimsever for Mjoll the Lioness, A Night to Remember, and multiple bounty quests, and am wondering where I can find more quests to do, as I have been searching for a while with no success. Also, I was wondering if my poor luck had anything to do with me completing the Thieves Guild quests.

Can anyone help me out?

Help Wujeeta the Argonian by giving her a health potion, that will open up a skooma addiction quest where you can talk to the jarl. There are a great many quests to help the citzens also.
