Alright, so when you are close to finishing the dark brotherhood storyline, astrid gives you a horse named, Shadowmere. Shadowmere can't die and he looks REALLY cool, but recently as I was exploring skyrim (without Shadowmere) I ran into this other horse. I walked over to it if it was some kind of quest (it was standing in the middle of the path) but I didn't notice that it said ride because I instinctively pressed 'X', which meant I got on the horse. At first I was like: "meh, whatever." but then when I fast traveled I noticed that Shadowmere didn't spawn with me, instead, it spawned that other horse. So the game probably thought that I wanted the other horse, so it decided that it was mine, even though I didn't buy it. I went to where Shadowmere when Astrid gave him to me but he didn't spawn. Is there anyway I can get him back? Please help!
