I started off wanting join the Legion, now I want the Boone to join me but he won't because the NCR hates me. Is there any way I can get the NCR to like me again, or are there any companions that are as good as Boone?

I think Veronica is almost as good as Boone. As far as the NCR, I read in my guide that giving Mayes NCR dogtags increases fame.

Where's Veronica? I don't think the dogtags thing would work they shoot me on sight.

If you've failed the main quest line for the NCR, there is no way to side with them. If your vilified, I'm pretty sure its impossible.

yea, i need to know how to be liked by NCR again quickly without doing quests for them. I used to be liked, but by HELPING the NCR i dropped down to neutral.
