Why is it so hard to work as a team? Especially when the game is team based how hard is it to actually work as a team? If anyone who is reading would like to either join a clan or play as a team please do add me I am sick of randoms who do not know how to play.

Almost every team game is like this. Just work as the infamous flanker, it works wonders for me when no one knows how to cooperate.
Also, be sure to give them the necessary buffs. They will repay you for that (if they are not complete idiots that is...)
