If not in hardcoe mode, and the canteen is in the player's inventory, you will periodically received a message at the top left corner; "You take a sip from your trusty Vault 13 canteen."
But i AM playing hardcoe mode and the message still pops up, as well i dont seem to be gaining any, or much at all h20.
I assume the sips probubly only -5 h20
or i need to fill it up at a watersource.
