So have you ever read a story, seen a person, or seen something online about a person that is so dumb it makes you wonder how they are still alive?

Was watching The World's Dumbest and saw this clip about a dumber driver that tried to make a jump in an RV. This is stupid in its own right however it isn't the thing that made me say "HOLY CRAP". What made me say holy crap was the woman that chimed in trying to help the guy out. She quickly asks "What is the number for nine one one?" to which all I could do was let my jaw drop. If you don't know the number for nine (9) one (1) one (1) then you mam/sir have failed not just at intelligence itself but helped to disprove the theory of evolution.

Only thing that makes me sadder are the people that try to dial 911 and say "I can't find the elven key on the phone".

On a slightly related note, I heard of a cop who would always dial 411 to get numbers for places, and one day he accidentally shot himself and was trying to dial 911 but his body was in high stress mode and because of muscle memory he kept dialing 411 instead of 911 and eventually just ended up saying "I'm a cop, I just shot myself, please call an ambulance." Moral of the story, practice dialing 911 cause you never know if you're going to be able to in a stressful situation.

On topic: I've seen some pretty stupid things done by some pretty stupid people, but nothing in particular is coming to mind.

Note in her defence the number 911 is not an international emergency hotline ,its like asking for the telephone number of the 711 , so which one of you reading this is going to dare dial 711 and check if its a 711 store then ? .... any one
